Re: Ellie's Pork Chops

Misc.
Hi Trish, I was thinking yesterday when Elly asked what pork chop meal you were referring to, Could it be the one I posted on another board the other day? I posted the thing about pork chops with cheese soup and beer. I certainly don't want to correct anyone. Lord knows I need help everyday! Did you see where I posted a Forgot to say , Add some sliced mushrooms to this dish and it is even better. Elly might have posted this before I did, but I thought I had made it up awhile back. I guess I read so many cookbooks and make up my own recipes that I lose track of what is original and what is 'doctored-up". Jim asked me to fix this again soon and you made me think of it. Last night, we had corned beef and cabbage beacuse, a discussion in regard to corned beef. "Got our taste buds going". You have a wonderful day and I'll visit more later. Weekends are kinda tough for me to check in here. Even though my whole family likes this board they get jealous and "testy", when I pay more attention to TKL than them when they are at home. (Especially Jim!)
