Ellie's Pork Chop Recipe

There were two posted that day - Yours, which had sliced potatoes over the pork chops, and onion soup mix and water. As usual I modified it a little, mixed the onion soup mix with a can of cr. of mushroom soup and then poured that over all. The other recipe was using potatoes onions, and cheese soup diluted with 8 oz. beer - I'll try that one next.

Right now it smell heavenly! Got another half hour to go, so I can play a little longer.
