Lazagne (I BUY that at food wherehouse stouffers only)

Also Ideas where you have items set out for guest to stack up and your guest go through a line .... then go sit ... easy cuz you can have everything ready to put out on buffet table ...

Tips:
> Set table totally beforehand.
> ask a friend to help you set food out -- not hubby
> you want to be careful not to plan on a bunch of sides maybe only bread or pasta with main meal ... people will be kinda full as they arrive at your home
> you do NOT have to have dinner on the table when they walk in ... and let other hands help set thing out. people will dauddle getting to your place ...
> Usually Planners plan more time for main course but i find people don't need a lot of time to EAT as they are getting full by now and hey if they do take a bit longer then planned you are near the end of progress ....

I've hosted each different course at one time or another over the years ...The appetizer is the one peolpe linger at and eat more at .... and then dessert -- our dessert hosting can go well into 4 am ... it is the last stop and everyone is together and getting snockered playing pool and after dinner drinks .... oh and one of my favorite ones was when I did soup -- Remember that one Kelly?? it is still talked aobut ....
