I cannot believe there are others who know ping! Youir recipe is different than ours....we make ours with spinach, chopped meat, parmigiano and eggs. My Grandmother was from Genoa but later lived in La Spezia, where my Dad attended grade school. I found your post while looking for 'Genoese ravioli' recipes....and I doubted I'd get any results....this is amazing!
