ISO: Foccacia recipe from Genoa and Northwest Italy
Misc.I have long been looking for a thin focaccia recipe from the Northwest part of Italy. We seem to get the big thick baseball base-sized focaccia here in Chicago. I really love the thinner style of Cinque Terre etc. Can anyone help? Also what kind of cheese is used? Taleggio? Scamorza?
