re: ping

Misc.
Hi Kathy,

My family makes ravioli filled with "ping". Ours is made with sausage, spinach, cream cheese, etc. I can send the recipe tomorrow. Our ancestors are from Genoa. What about yours? There is a book out right now(I am in the middle of it)called "The Lost Ravioli Recipes". It is written by a woman who searched for her family ravioli recipe that was made with cream cheese, apparantly an unusual ingredient. She doesn't use the term ping for filling. I thought that was unusual that I saw your posting. I will search for the recipe tomorrow for you.
