Lynn, My grandmother's recipe did not have the cheese either, just meat and spinach. Which recipe was the one like yours as there were a few responses. Also, I've always felt the the dough she made was just as good as the filling, but I have yet to find a recipe that is close. Can you please let me know your ravioli dough recipe as well? Thank you!
