Recipe(tried): Adding food coloring to melted white chocolate - Reply to Mickey, Mo
Desserts - Candy, ChocolateDear Mickey,
If you do experiment with adding food coloring to your melted white chocolate, I would suggest that you use the paste kind (made by Wilton and available at crafts and cooking stores). The liquid coloring will change the consistency of your chocolate and may even cause it to "seize up." The paste colorings are made with glycerine, I believe, and should blend nicely. Best of luck to you!
