Recipe(tried): Microwave Quiche Lorraine

This quicke is very, very good, the recipe came from my Mom.

MICROWAVE QUICHE LORRAINE

One 9" pastry shell in a micro-wave safe pan
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
3 eggs
1 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon fines herbs (optional)

Pierce pastry shell. Cook on roast (550 watts) in microwave for 4 to 6 minutes or just until brown spots begin to appear. 

Sprinkle baked crust with cheese and onion. 

In a small bowl, beat eggs; add cream and seasoning. Pour eggs and cream into crust. Sprinkle bacon on top. 

Cook on medium (400 watts) for 15 to 20 minutes or until center is firm.
