6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
salt
pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheese (Swiss or cheddar is best)
1/2 cup crisp bacon crumbled.
preheat oven to 350. Butter a quiche pan, beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper. Add the cheese and bacon, mix. Pour into buttered quiche pan. Bake for 40 minutes or till golden brown.
