Baked Pork Chops and Cabbage

Servings: 4

6 pork chops
1 medium onion -- sliced
1 head cabbage -- sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Brown the pork chops and place in a greased casserole. Top them with sliced onions and sliced cabbage. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour milk almost to the top of casserole. Bake, covered, till cabbage is tender and chops are done, at 350 F. for about 1 hour. Serve with baked potatoes.

NOTES : This is quite good and an old family favorite.
