BARBEQUED AMBERJACK
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 pounds Amberjack, cut into 8 oz fillets
Combine butter and seasonings to make sauce.
Place fish on grill over hot coals. Baste with sauce and cook until fish is flaky, about 20 minutes.
