For a quick tasty dessert use cleaned, stemmed and crushed strawberries and add sugar according to taste. Let strawberries sit in refrigerator for a while.
Then take biscotti and roll or pound in a plastic bag until you have chunks. Add chunks of biscotti to strawberries. If you like, add whipped cream when you serve.
This is really a great and refreshing change from a heavier dessert. Hope you like it. We use homemade biscotti which really makes it special.
