Betsy--

What a good idea--we can chat and eat at the same time. I just made this last weekend from a recipe I thought I got from here, but searched the archives and didn't find it. At any rate, it is REALLY good. Hope you all like it.

BLUEBERRY SALAD

2 sm. boxes raspberry gelatin
1-1/4 c. hot water
1 large can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can blueberry pie filling (like Comstock)
8 oz. ceram cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add pineapple and pie filling. Pour into a large bowl (I used a 9x13" pan). Chill until firm. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and sour cream. Spread on top of gelatin. Refrigerate.
