Recipe: Chunky Pimiento Cheese

Appetizers and Snacks
CHUNKY PIMIENTO CHEESE

3/4 to 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
8 oz medium cheddar, shredded
4 oz jar diced pimientos, drained
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill.

Makes 2 1/4 cups
