Recipe: Cranberry Acorn Squash (microwave)

Cranberry Acorn Squash

1 Reynolds Oven Bag, Large Size
1 tablespoon flour
2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded
Salt
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch microwave-safe baking dish.

Sprinkle squash with salt, brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Fill squash with cranberry sauce; place in oven bag.

Close oven bag with nylon tie; make six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in dish.

Microwave on HIGH power 12 minutes or until squash is tender. Let stand in bag 2 minutes.

REYNOLDS KITCHEN TIP:
If your microwave does not have a carousel, rotate dish twice while microwaving.
