Cranberry Beef Roast

Serves: 4-6
3-4 lbs. boneless chuck roast
Flour, salt, and pepper
Garlic powder
1 c. orange juice
2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
4 T. vegetable oil
Dredge meat in flour mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown in hot oil. Place in crock pot. Pour in juice, cranberries, and sugar. Cook 8 to 9 hours on low.
