Recipe: Crock Pot Savory Pork Roast with Red Cabbage

CROCK POT SAVORY PORK ROAST WITH RED CABBAGE

4 to 6 red potatoes, cut in large chunks, about 2-inches
1 large onion, halved, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 (about 2 lbs.) boneless pork roast,
1 (approx. 12-oz.) jar red cabbage with apple
1/2 cup apple butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Place ingredients in the crockpot in order given.

Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or HIGH for 6 hours).

Servings: 4 to 6.
