Recipe: Pepsi Pork Roast (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
PEPSI PORK ROAST

3 to 5 lbs. pork roast
salt and pepper
12 ounces Pepsi
1/4 cup soy sauce (or to taste)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen baby carrots, thawed or 1 cup cubed, peeled potatoes
flour

Rub roast with salt and pepper and place in crock pot, add remaining ingredients.

Cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours or low 4 hours or until internal temperature is 170 F.

About half way through the cooking time add a package of frozen baby carrots or potato cubes.

Remove done roast and add flour to remaining liquid a little at a time to make gravy.
