Cucumber Party Sandwiches
Makes 60-80 finger sandwiches.

2 cucumbers
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon pureed white onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 loves sandwich bread, crusts removed

Peel and quarter cucumbers lengthwise, remove seeds and discard. Using food processor, chop to minced consistency. Drain on paper towel. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and parsley, mixing well. Add cucumber to cheese mixture, mixing gently. Spread on bread slices. Cut for party-size appetizers.
