Recipe: White Chocolate Almond Bark

WHITE CHOCOLATE ALMOND BARK

6 squares (1 oz each) white chocolate
1/2 cup whole toasted almonds

Partially melt 6 squares white chocolate in the microwave or over hot water.

Stir in 1/2 cup whole toasted almonds. Spread on waxed paper on a baking sheet. Chill until firm.

Break into smaller pieces and nibble.
