Recipe: White Chocolate Mousse

WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla

Stir sugar and water together in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.

Cool saucepan in cold water in the sink. Chill in fridge.

Whisk until smooth.

Beat cream and vanilla together until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into serving cups.

Makes about 6 portions
