Recipe: Fruit Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
FRUIT DIP

2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup chopped red apples
1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
apple slices for garnish

Blend sour cream with chopped apple, pineapple, curry powder, and garlic salt. Place in bowl and chill.

Garnish with sliced apples around outer edge of the bowl.

Good with corn chips or shredded wheat wafers.

Makes 3 cups
