Fruit Juice Syrup
For Pancakes, Waffles Or French Toast:
Makes about 3 1/2 cups

2 cups grape, cranberry or apple juice
2 Tbls. lemon juice
2 tsp. liquid pectin
3 cups granulated sugar

Combine fruit juice, lemon juice and pectin in a 2 1/2 or 3 quart saucepan; mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Add sugar, stirring to melt sugar. Bring to a full boil and boil 3 minutes. Cool and pour into jars. Refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
