Grandma Evelyn's Mint Sauce

1 Tbsp powdered sugar
3 Tbsp finely chopped mint
1/2 cup mild vinegar*
Heat sugar and vinegar together, pour over the mint. Chill before serving.
*If vinegar is strong, use 3 parts vinegar to 1 of water.
