Recipe(tried): Grilled Skewered Vegetable Kabobs

I made this yesterday and it was a nice change from the same old tired vegetable dishes.

Skewered Vegetable Kebobs

Skewer alternately on bamboo or metal skewers: zuccini cubes, cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, vadalia onion pieces. Salt to taste and brush with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, fresh chopped basil and minced garlic. Grill on medium for about 5-7 minutes on each side depending on heat of the grill.
