Recipe: Guacamole Dip - This is a good recipe!

HI! My friend, Nikki and I are doing a project for our ENG class at Delta College in Stockton, Ca. We have to pick a project on what to teach the class about, like recipes, etc. So, we've been thinking about doing it on guacamole dip, and I wrote down that recipe. Do you know a site or this site to find information about the history of Guacamole dip or just Guacamole?
