Recipe: Ham and Rice Casserole

Ham and Rice Casserole

Serves 6

1 egg
1 cup milk
10 3/4 ounces of cream of celery soup
2 cups chopped ham
salt & pepper
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese

In a small bowl combine the egg, milk and soup. Add ham, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl mix the rice, onion and green pepper. Alternate the rice combination and the ham mixture in a greased casserole, top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
