Recipe: Layered Crabmeat Spread
Appetizers and Snacks LAYERED CRABMEAT SPREAD
4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Garlic powder
Spread cheese mixture on a 12 inch serving plate. Spread 1/2 cup chili sauce over cream cheese. (I add one tablespoon horseradish and extra chili sauce.) Sprinkle with one 6 1/2 ounce can crabmeat, drained and flaked. Garnish with parsley. Spread on crackers.
