This is fabulous! After searching google and lycos, in a panic - trying to find the recipe for this wonderful dish (and not having access to the cookbook it came from at the moment) - I found the recipe here. It's wonderful, delicious - never fails to delight - and is SO simple. Note: I use chunked boneless skinless chicken breast in place of whole chicken pieces ... and serve it over rice, natch.
