Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

6 boneless pork loin chops (1" thick)
1 T vegetable oil
1 package crushed stuffing mix (6oz)
1 can apple pie filling with cinnamon (21oz)

In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat. meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to packae directions. Spread pie filling into a greades 13x9x2" baking dish. Place the chops on top and spoon stuffing over them. Cover and bake at 350 for 35mins. Uncover and bake 10 mins longer or until a meat thermomeeter reads 160.
