Recipe: Scalloped Clams

Scalloped Clams:
Serves 8
32 Ritz crackers,crushed
1(6 1/2 oz.)can minced clams
1 (10 oz.)can baby clams
1/4 tsp.thyme
2 eggs
1 c.milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.)can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbls.melted butter
Cover bottom of greased 9"x13" baking dish with layer of cracker crumbs.
Mix together minced & baby clams & thyme,spoon over layer of crumbs.
Repeat layer of crumbs & clams,top with layer of crumbs.
Beat eggs & combine with milk,soup & butter.Pour over top.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
