Recipe: Ham Patties with Sour Cream

Ham Patties with Sour Cream:

2 c.ground cooked ham
1 Tbls.grated onion
1/2 c.dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbls.chopped parsley
1 tsp.prepared mustard
1/8 tsp.salt
2 eggs,slightly beaten
2 Tbls.butter
1/4 c.water
1/2 tsp.paprika
1 c.sour cream

Combine ham,onion,bread crumbs,parsley,mustard & salt in a bowl.Add the eggs & blend well.Shape into patties & brown in butter,on both sides,keep warm.

Combine the water & paprika in a saucepan & heat to boiling point.Remove from heat & stir in sour cream.Spoon over ham patties & garnish with additional parsley,if desired.
