Pork Tenderloin Marinade (soy, honey, and mustard)
rec.food.cooking/Dan Masi (1994)
Very quick, easy, and very good:
Make a marinade consisting of 1/3 soy sauce, 1/3 honey, and 1/3 mustard (I use a coarse Dijon, Pommery is good...).
Cut tenderloin into 1-2 inch chunks. Marinate for a couple of hours, then grill 'til done.
