Pork Tenderloin Marinade

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp (or much, much more!) chopped garlic
1/4 cup sherry or dry white wine
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 green onions, chopped
Marinate the pork in this overnight, then grill just until done.
