Recipe: Moist and Beefy Tacos (using ground beef and canned gravy)

MOIST AND BEEFY TACOS

1 pound ground beef
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can Franco-American beef gravy
1/2 of a 1 1/4 ounce-size package taco seasoning mix
8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded Cheddar cheese

In medium skillet over medium-high heat cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Add gravy and seasoning mix. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes.

Warm tortillas according to package directions.

Spoon meat mixture down center at each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Fold tortilla around filling.

Makes 4 servings
