This is one of our favorites, and company loves it! It was posted for me by Christina from Mex in Dec. If you check the post back in Dec.

10-12 Mozzarella string cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt to taste
2 cups Italian flavord bread crumb (or more if needed)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or more)

Cut string cheese in half. (length) Combine eggs, milk, oregano and salt. To make breading mixture, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Dip cheese in egg mixture and coat in breading mixture. To ensure that cheese is completely coated, dip again in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or deep fry. Serve with marinara sauce.

(I have only made these in a deep fryer, keeping in oil about 20 seconds or until golden brown)
