Recipe: Pear Slices and Grapes with Cheese

Appetizers and Snacks
PEAR SLICES AND GRAPES WITH CHEESE

3 ripe but firm red pears
3 ripe but firm green pears
8 oz green seedless grapes
lemon or a few tb of Real Lemon
8 oz spreadable blue cheese at room temperature
8 oz Spanish aged Manchego

Core pears, do not peel. Cut into inch slices. Squeeze lemon juice over cut sides. Wash the grapes. Arrange the fruits and cheese on a platter. Serve with wine.
