Pineapple-Mandarin Orange Tossed Salad

1 head Iceberg Lettuce (Spinach is also good)
1 can pinapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 2 oz. package sliced almonds
1 cup poppy seed dressing (approx.)
1 cup croutons (cheese are good)

Assemble and toss with dressing just prior to serving. Great change of pace salad.
