My Favorite Summer Salad

No fat; probably use more calories eating it than the entire salad contains.

2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 T. sugar (or to taste)
salt to taste (I use less than 1 t.)
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
I do not care for this salad leftover.

We add chopped tomatoes for variety.
