Recipe(tried): Yogurt Marinated Chicken on Cool Greens

YOGURT MARINATED CHICKEN TENDERS ON COOL GREENS
1 lb. chicken "tenders"
1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp. Greek seasoning or 1 tsp. seasoned salt plus 1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
8 cups torn lettuces and mesclun
1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
1 pint grape tomatoes
Mix yogurt, lemon and seasonings, put in ziplock bag with chicken tenders. Marinate in fridge 1-2 hours. Mix greens and cucumbers in large salad bowl and chill. Saute marinated chicken in non-stick pan on high heat until browned and tender. Serve over greens with grape tomatoes and your favorite dressing or balsamic vinegar.
