Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 Pillsbury Plus butter cake mix
2 tsp. cinnamon*
1/2 tsp. ginger*
1/2 tsp. ground cloves*
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg*
vanilla
frosting supreme
3 oz. cream cheese
*Or 3 teaspoons pumpkin spice.
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 10x15-inch pan.
Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs one minute at high speed. Add cake mix and spices. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
When cool ice with one can vanilla Pillsbury
ready-to-spread frosting supreme mixed with 3 ounces softened cream cheese. Store in refrigerator.
