Recipe: Salad Greens with Mustard Parmesan Dressing

SALAD GREENS WITH MUSTARD PARMESAN DRESSING
Serves 4

4 cups super market salad greens
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp prepared gourmet mustard of your choice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl until well blended. As it gives two cups, measure 1 cup and refrigerate remaining dressing in tightly covered jar. Prepare salad greens in a big bowl and toss with the cup of dressing. Add more, according to your taste. Serve. You can add Garlic Croutons for a special Caesar Salad.
