Brunch Egg Salad Spread

3 hard boiled eggs,shelled
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash of hot pepper sauce (opt.)

Mash eggs in food processor or blender. Add the rest of ingredients in order listed & mix till well blended. Serve with toast points, toasted bagels or crackers.
