Recipe: Sausage Pinwheels

Appetizers and Snacks
Sausage Pinwheels

1 lb. sausage
1 recipe Bisquick biscuit dough

Put sausage in microwave & defrost for about 1 minute, or till sausage is soft & easily spreadable (stir frequently, do not cook sausage!)

Using Bisquick, make up 1 recipe of biscuit dough. Roll out till it's 1/4 inch thick. Spread sausage over the dough. Roll up like jelly roll. Freeze hard. Cut into thin slices while frozen. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or till sausage is done & dough is brown.
