Savory Spareribs in Beer and Honey Marinade
rec.food.cooking/Fred Towner (1998)
Servings: 4-6
4 lbs pork spareribs
12 oz Great Western Beer
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
Cut spareribs into 2 rib sections.
Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass dish or ceramic baking dish. Add Ribs. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan; reserve marinade.
Bake at 350 degrees F 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
