Recipe: Sour Cream Potato Salad

Sour Cream Potato Salad
From: Woman's Day Cookbook of Favorite Recipes
Makes 4 servings

5 cups sliced cooked potatoes
1/2 cup minced celery
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbls. French dressing
2 or 3 Tbls. vinegar or lemon juice
salt
Cayenne pepper

Mix potatoes with celery, onions, sour cream, French dressing, and vinegar. Add seasonings to taste.
