Recipe: Green Pepper Potatoes

Side Dishes - Potatoes
Green Pepper Potatoes
Serves 6-8

6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup butter, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
milk
salt and pepper

Layer potatoes, green pepper, and butter pats in casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.

Mix soup and milk to make 2 cups of liquid. Pour over casserole.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours or till tender.
