Strawberry Angel Food Delight

1 angel food cake
1 large (6 oz) box strawberry Jell-O
12 to 16 oz. Cool Whip
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries or fresh ones
2 1/2 cups boiling water

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add thawed strawberries, with juice, to Jell-O. Let stand until thickened. Add Cool Whip and mix. Break cake into 1-inch pieces. Fold into Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate.
