Waldorf-Style Gelatin Salad

2 pkgs (3-oz each) Jell-O. lime flavor gelatin
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup julienne carrots
1/2 cup diced bananas
1/2 cup coconut
Prepare gelatin according to the package directions. Chill until partially set. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until set.
